Our process is simple, professional, and designed to make things easy from start to finish: 1. Initial Contact & Consultation We start with a quick conversation to understand your needs, timeline, and the type of cleaning required. This can be done via call, text, or message. 2. Walkthrough or Assessment If needed, I’ll schedule a walkthrough (in person or virtual) to evaluate the space and provide an accurate quote based on size, condition, and scope of work. 3. Customized Quote & Scheduling You’ll receive a clear, upfront quote with no hidden fees. Once approved, we lock in a date and time that works best for you. 4. Service Day Execution My team and I arrive on time, fully equipped, and ready to deliver high-quality results. We follow a detailed cleaning checklist to ensure nothing is missed. 5. Final Walkthrough & Satisfaction Check After the job is complete, we do a final check to make sure everything meets your expectations. Your satisfaction is always the priority. 6. Follow-Up & Ongoing Service (Optional) For recurring clients or property managers, I offer ongoing service options and remain available for future needs. The goal is to provide a smooth, reliable experience so you can feel confident every step of the way.

My experience working closely with property owners, investors, and tenants has also strengthened my skills in communication, attention to detail, and delivering consistent, high-quality results.
