Jesus just catered for our wedding of 250 people. He showed up a little later than expected but food was freshly prepared and served on time. Communication at times was difficult, but Jesus pulled everything off wonderfully. I had at least 15 guests tell me these were the best tacos they had ever had. Thank you Jesus for doing an outstanding job catering and making our wedding a night to remember. I would highly suggest using him for your next event.

Baja's Tacos and Catering catered our son's wedding and did a wonderful job. They were on time, clean, considerate and the food was all homemade with the meats and tortillas made on site. One of the most impressive things about Jesus, the owner, was how quickly he responded to questions and how important it was to him that we would have no worries and could just relax and enjoy this very special event. Thank you Jesus and staff.

The food is awesome! The home made tortillas are delicious and not too thick which tends to happen with home made tortillas. We hired Baja Tacos for our wedding and had many guests complimenting the food. People were going back for seconds and thirds. I wish I had because I was left wanting more the next day. They were on time to set up and on time to serve. Jesus was flexible in arrival time and easy to work with as our guest attendance kept increasing. It can be nerve racking using a caterer you've never used before for a big event like your wedding. I am completely satisfied that we went with Baja Tacos.

Hosted a catered event for 70 people and Baja's truly delivered on all aspects! They called to confirm the time and location the day before which truly put me at ease! They arrived and immediately set up and began preparing. The food was magnificent, but the owner called me on my cell to ensure that I was satisfied. Very small detail that will certainly lead me to using them again in the future! The staff was polite and very accommodating to a few special requests. A GREAT experience!
