My Name is Jared Jackson. I am a former Division 1 football player, certified trainer and most importantly, My passion is helping people become better versions of themselves by working with them on achieving their health and wellness goals. I come from working in a corporate environment and that is what lead me to pursuing my passion of helping people with tight/busy schedules reach and maintain their fitness goals. That is why we use STEPS. This way introduce new information and programming at a pace that you can sustain and build on. - ESTABLISHING ACCOUNTABILITY... we will assess what your currently eating, see how to adjust, then I WILL BE CHECKING IN ON YOU DAILY to ensure that you are staying on track with your health and wellness. - TOOLS FOR SUCCESS... in the this program you will get everything you need to succeed. I really enjoyed working with Jared. He's not only knowledgeable in fitness, he's also very personable and friendly. It's so important that you feel comfortable with your trainer and I truly think Jared has the temperament and personality to make anyone comfortable and feel at-ease. He is very flexible with his workout plans and definitely tailors them to fit your goals and circumstances. Jared would be perfect for someone who likes the convenience of technology. He has plenty of online resources for learning workouts as well as nutrition plans. Jared is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. I recommend him to anyone looking to gain muscle and get serious about improving their body. My goals were to improve flexibility as well as increase upper-body muscle as well as in my glutes, and he made workouts that specifically targeted those areas. I felt very confident in Jared throughout the entire process and also appreciated how physically fit he himself was. Every time he taught me a new workout, he would demonstrate it slowly and sometimes more than once until I understood it myself. I'd also like to say that he has challenged me more than any other personal trainer I've had! I highly recommend Jared James Jackson!!

I had a great experience working with Jared. He created a cardio and strength program focused around my specific needs. He doesn't send a generic program he sends to all his clients. He asked about my goals and the equipment I have available to me and designed a cardio and strength program catering to my needs. I've seen tremendous results in strength and condition. If you're looking for a coach who will take the time to get to know you and what your goals are, jared is your guy
