Thank you, John and Elite roofing for doing an AMAZING job. I had an initial consult with John and explained to him that my main issue was energy efficiency and solutions to cool my house down with a unique structure, no attic space, and exposed wood beams inside. John suggested I replace my existing skylights with a version that can open to decompress the heat. Additionally, he suggested a TPO cool roof system that provides for additional deflection of heat. They also added a vent to my garage, which had none in place. I must say, the results have been great. The house is significantly cooler, by about 7 degrees. And the roof and skylights look beautiful. Couldn't be happier with the outcome!

We received six or seven quotes for our roof project, and Elite Roof Services were the best considering service, quality of materials, and value of workmanship. All the staff - from John, the estimator, Juan, the scheduler, to Michelle, in Administration made our experience very easy. The crew made sure to clean up after each day, and were very kind and helpful. Overall, getting anything done to your home can be a stressful experience, however, Elite Roofing Services made our experience as good as home improvement can be. The roof looks great!

Our entire experience with John (and Elite) was excellent. From start to finish they were responsive, clear, helpful and professional. I reached out to help my parents with an overdue roofreplacement from about 600 miles away. The elite team worked with three POCs, they were friendly and accommodating to multiple communication issues. We never felt that we were being given the run around or over charged. We felt confident in the quality of work and service.
Although I don't anticipate needing them, I would go with elite again and recommend them to friends and family.

Elite Roof Services did a fantastic job on our roof, especially when it came to pivoting to take care of an unexpected layer of shake shingles under the obvious (visible) roof. They finished in the estimated time, and we’re very pleasant & professional. Although I hope not to need to do this again, if I did I wouldn’t hesitate to call Elite again.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As preferred contractors with Owens Corning & GAF, we offer competitive pricing that includes manufacturer backed warranties. Military/Veteran & Senior Citizen Discounts are available.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process begins with scheduling an appointment with the homeowner for the estimate. Upon arrival at your home, our uniformed representative will provide a full inspection of the existing roof, including taking measurements and inspecting the deck to see if there are any additional leaks.
Next we will discuss what your needs are and go over the options that best suit you. Once you select the option that best suits your needs, our representative will provide you with an estimate.
Upon completion of paperwork, our company will work on getting your project scheduled. Our typical turn around time to start a residential roof project is 3 weeks. Our average time to complete a new roof replacement is 3-5 business days, from start. Should there be any needed wood replacement, we will provide you with photos and count of linear feet needed. Once the new roof is installed, and all job debris is cleaned up, our project manager will walk the home with you for a final inspection.

We have worked with various residential homes of all shapes and sizes, as well as many commercial projects that are on going. Everything from single family homes to large apartment and HOA communities. We were also fortunate enough to have replaced the striped low sloped roof of the historical Giant Dipper Roller Coaster in Mission Beach.
