- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer Military discount of 10% off.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, find out what the issues are. If the computer is functioning to load our remote software we will send a link to connect remotely. If not we will do our best to get the computer functioning by phone. If we determine it is a hardware issue we will inform you of the next steps.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Myself and all colleagues have a baccalaureate degree. We have Certifications beyond that in CCNA, Security+, A+ and have been working in the field for more than 10 years combined.
