- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When I'm hired l like to be in contact with them soon as possible to get their menu started. Figure out what fits best in their budget, once that is all set staying in communication with them do the day of the event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been cooking for all my life. My mom and grandma started me out at home. I grew up on the central coast of California where BBQ was a way of life and found a passion for it. I've been competing in BBQ competitions for several years which has helped hone my skills.
