I hired Boris Seljak to give an introductory cooking lesson to two seventeen year old boys. He was wonderful with them, and they thoroughly enjoyed the experience. He is a personable hands-on instructor who taught the boys knife skills and food handling procedures. In a two-hour time period, the boys made chicken stock, chicken soup, a roasted chicken and vegetable dish, and a braised chicken dish. I would recommend him for anyone wanting to learn how to cook, including young people. My husband and I are looking forward to hiring him for a catering event in the future.

Boris did an excellent job teaching and preparing 2 appetizers, an entree, vegetable dish and a side dish for our adult children. He has a great personality, good entertainer and very professional. He is very accommodating and wanted to meet all our expectations for the evening. Our meal was better then many meals we would get a nice restruants. I will hire him again for any catering or parties we have in the future.

Boris was AWESOME! We didn't necessarily have an event or catering, we were just beginners who wanted to get a good foundation for learning how to cook. Boris was extremely enthusiastic and answered all of our questions. He taught us numerous knife and cooking skills that we can use moving forward. Ingredients weren't overly complicated. He made multiple dishes for us out of a single chicken. The food turned out AMAZING! I highly recommend Boris for any of your cooking or catering needs. He is very professional and a true expert.

Working with Boris was a wonderful experience. He helped us to decide on a menu within our budget and was extremely flexible when our plans changed a few days before the event. His team was punctual, extremely professional and catered to all our guests needs. Needless to say, the food was excellent and our guests were very impressed. I would highly recommend Boris and his team and would definitely use them again for future events.

Outstandingly experienced chef. He came to house and gave our 11 year old granddaughter a private cooking lesson. His skills are great with adults as well as kids. We all were invited to watch and boy did we All learn! From the placing of the cutting board and knife skills to the presentation of the gourmet food they prepared together. It was hands on for both chef and granddaughter. It was a great experience for all and we have already been asked by others to pass on his information to them. He is going to be very busy, so, make arrangements now to book him for your events or for your private lesson for a loved one.
