- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I like to bid jobs with a turnkey price and not hourly. small handyman jobs usually start at $70 per hour. $150 minimum
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to get the customer a ballpark dollar amount of the cost of the job over the phone, if possible before wasting time for both of us if the price may be higher than what they were thinking !
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
