I just want to make sure I get in here and write some quality feedback about Q (La Qualia). I just had my mediation on this past Friday 9/22/17 and it's all because of this woman and her experience that I felt confident walking out with a strong case. She helped me get everything filed swiftly and accurately which is what I needed because my children are being kept from me by their mother and I am fighting tooth and nail to get them back. Going through a custody battle as most of you know is very stressful and Q took the time to sit down with me, listen to my challenges and then put together a great declaration with all the right documentation. She came to my house explained the process and executed everything she said she would. I had some concerns in the beginning because I have never used Thumbtack before or her services. I am blown away by the value she has brought to me in my life. You can tell she is passionate about what she does. She over communicates and double checks on you to make sure you are doing everything correctly. She genuinely cares too. Nothing is worse than inaccurately filing court documents and then having to go do it again because of how backed up the courts are these days. Tonya was great in the planning process. She was responsive and really helpful in menu planning. The food was a hit! The only hiccup was on the day of. Due to forgetting one of the courses at home and traffic on the freeways, our meal wasn't set up until 30 minutes after the agreed upon time. While these things happen, it did affect our overall experience.

Whether it be at an establishment or personal service, I'm the type of person who rarely leaves a feedback. However, when you come across someone that literally goes out of their way to accommodate your needs, there's an obligation that should be returned. I had some important documents that needed to be notarized and made a call to Jill on a very short notice. After a few telephone exchanges, she was willing to commute a 12 mile one way trip to my residence within an hour window. She showed up earlier than our scheduled time agreement after I called to inform her I was running late. When everything was finalized, I had offered her an additional tip for her service, the commute and her waiting upon my tardiness, but she graciously refused my tip. I was pleasantly surprised she still refused it even after I insisted several times. That's some great character. I'd definitely recommend anyone needing notarization services to contact her. Ms. Coleman was pleasant, thoughtful and thorough. Her document preparation was excellent. I did have to contact her at one point because my document filing was coming up against the clock, but she responded quickly and for everything filed in time. Curt prepared an Answer and appropriate paperwork. Curt answered my questions and met my deadline. Only downside was in part of the answer, he switched from third person to first person. This was easily corrected.
