Extremely professional. Explained every step. Patiently answered all my questions. Thorough pictures and video of before and after. Cleaned chimney from the bottom-> up, so they could be sure every inch was no longer dirty with material falling down the flue. The house was kept nearly spotless and dust free. That was impressive considering how extremely dirty the chimney was. We have a fireplace insert. They got it SPOTLESS. They recommended some minor repairs within the next 18 months (appreciated the no pressure).
