Roman was very thorough, prompt and courteous throughout. He did a great job in fixing my hot tub heater and getting us back up and running. The only reason I gave 4 stars was the price. I have had a lot of work done in the past few mos, electrical, plumbing etc and found his pricing a bit steep comparatively. But as I said, he did a great job. I would use him again but would get a quote and compare it w my "regular" guy! Thanks Roman
