I selected Yan on my gut instinct. The gut never lies unless you have a bad meal.hehe Yan was quick to respond to my work order and arrived on time with his brother. The thing that impressed me from the beginning was their insistence on removing their shoes before even entering my home. I walked them around my home and showed them the issues. Right away,I sensed Yan and his brother knew what they were doing. His confidence, not arrogance, made me comfortable. These two guys fixed absolutely everything, plus a few knick knack items: Heavy duty sliding glass patio door that was off tract, replaced a leaky faucet and water lines, bathroom towel rack, outdoor garage sensor lights, front sliding closet door that was off tract. They explained everything that needed repairing and how they were going to get it fixed in a timely manner. They did not gauge me for $$$!! I have additional work that I am going to rehire them to do- repair my falling fence. I am highly recommend Yan as a fabulous Handyman who does professional, efficient, quality, and affordable work. Can't forget his brother Artie, who was there the entire time contributing to all of the work being done at my home.

Yan did a fabulous job! He went to Home Depot and picked up the materials he was installing and was at my home on time. He also communicated with me (as he was at the store) as we tried to figure out what type of blinds I wanted to install. I will definitely use him again for any upcoming projects that I have! Definitely recommend!

Yesterday, a shower door fell off its hinges and I was lucky to catch it! I needed help quickly and was so lucky to find Yan and Artem! They responded instantly and arrived soon afterwards. It turned out the part needed was not available. They managed to find a part the was close and machine tool it to fit. I now have my shower back - just a day later! If that was not already so positive - they were also very pleasant to work with! So much that I might invent jobs just to hire them again! Deborah Hansen
