He was efficient and my tenant says he did an excellent job installing the security door. He encountered some issue with the security door itself, but took care of it without troubling the tenant or me. While he was there, I asked him to fix a screen door roller and he did it without any problem. Thanks Dwayne! I will definitely keep his number for future jobs.

Our experience with Door Doctor was more than I could have asked for. Joseph was super flexible. He came out, assessed our needs, and arranged the work quickly. The weather decided not to cooperate with our planned date (it rained super hard) and he was fast to reschedule. In a few hours, he had our new door installed. My response was that I couldn't believe how amazing it looked! I don't have photos with the old door and frame in place, but you can see it laying on the side of the house to get a sense of what we were dealing with! Thank you so much!

They contacted me very quickly and set up right away. I confirmed the day of and when I talk to customer service rep, I said can you please remind the tech this is a rental, tenants will be there and if he needs me I can come. He said to me in a rude tone “I wish you would have told me this before”. I said, well I thought I did, but didn’t think it was a big deal. I did hear from Zach. He was not told it was a rental, but was good. He called me, told me what was wrong and cost. He fixed the door the tenants were happy. He called me and took payment. I was very pleased with Zach. It was just that one rep who I thought could have had a better attitude. But, since the work was good and they came as they said they would, I would use them again.
