These guys are GREAT! They responded within 30 mins (even though I sent the quote request after midnight). They constantly communicated with me, were on time, came prepared (with materials to keep the furniture safe and damage free), professional and VERY friendly.
Though Home Goods damaged my pieces before they were picked up and the movers pointed out the damage which I REALLY appreciated that! The saved me $1k. I WILL call them the next time I need something moved.

We had to change the move time several times then when we finalized a time the mover was an hour late. I had people waiting to begin loading household goods until the piano was on the truck.

We just needed a couple big items moved, were moving within Sacramento and did most of it ourselves, had our own moving truck, just needed a couple extra hands. Easy Pro responded asap, showed up within the hour, helped us load and unload the heavy items, everything went smoothly. Would definitely work with them again.

He is the best. Actually we are still working on 3 more loads of furniture to unload and assemble.
He is fair priced, knowledgeable and very quick. He is clean and has good helpers. He can do a variety of services. I am a disabled senior and he senses what I need. He and helper made my new hi bed. He is equipped with a new large truck fully equipped for any size job.
He communicates quickly on eta. He cleans up all trash and disposed of it.
I am so grateful like I said we have at least 9 hours left
He is dependable and centrally located. A good father too

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The prices I provide on Thumbtack are estimated pricing. I do need to see the size of the job & complete details in order to give a more accurate price. If I can see the job before I quote I can give you the best price possible. I always give an honest & fair price to my customers. Our pricing not only includes our labor, but also pays for our gas & dumping fees for junk removal. And for moving if you send me a list and when I get there there is something added to the list it might change the price and it’s very important to let me know if there is any stairs or not stairs remember if there’s something extra that price might change thank you and remembered to give me as much details as you can
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Like to get details about the project.
2. Like to meet with the customer so I can fully understand what
they are looking to accomplish.
3. Like to get the customer's phone number so we can keep in
touch over the duration of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have over 10 years of experience with the moving business.
I also have 5 years of experience in furniture delivery with Nature Wood furnishings which helps me with assembling & disassembling furniture.
