My name is Mike Swanson and I live in Rancho Cordova, CA. On 4-15-26 and 4-16-26, I just had a new roof installed on my house by American Cool Construction. Right from the start, Orli Gispan, a Project Manager with American Cool Construction, came to my house on Wednesday, 3-12-26, to give me a price bid on my roofing project. Orli is a very outgoing and energetic woman. Needless to say, Orli got right to business, and within 15 minutes, she had my price quote completed. That means she brought out her ladder, climbed up on my roof, walked on my roof and measured it, assessed the condition of my roof, she took pictures oof my roof with her camera and her drone, and then she prepared her price quote on her phone. Obviously this wasn’t Orli’s first, potential roofing job. In total, I received price quotes from eight roofing contractors. Afterwards, it took me two weeks to decide on who won the bidding war. On 3-30-26, I chose American Cool Construction to install a new roof on my house because I felt they cared the most about me, my house, my budget, and they wanted to do the best job by giving me the best roof. In addition, American Cool Construction has been in the roofing business for years, they are highly rated by roof manufacturers, GAF and Owen’s-Corning, they use the best materials, their crews are very experienced, they are expert installers, their price quotes are fairly-priced, they are professional, and they are a pleasure to work with fro the beginning until the end of the job. If you are looking for a quality roof, and a quality company doing a quality job, I would recommend you call American Cool Construction and hire them today. Their phone number is 916-800-2892. So far I found American Cool Construction David, Roy & Hailey to be very professional prompt and willing to work with all my requests regarding having a worker drop off all shingle colors at my home to see in real life & not just from a picture. However, the project has not physically started yet due to the weather. I will update you all after completion of Roof installation by ACC. I did not go with the cheapest estimate as I was able to trust ACC due to not only 5 star ⭐️ reviews but the customer service and attitude of David, Roy and Hailey. They have been nothing but awesome and DAVID told me from the start I would be able to work with him and trust him, and if there was something we couldn’t agree on, we would work it out. I love the attitude. He went out of his way to be nice but most importantly, professional and honest. Stay tuned!!!

I wanted to go solar but needed a new roof first. I sought five quotes, ACC was one of the two most competitive and complete estimates I received. What won ACC this contract, 100% without a doubt, was Orli. Her dedication to communication and working with me to make sure I got exactly what I needed, and commitment to keeping me up to date as the project progressed is unparalleled. I even threw in some monkey wrenches (not to make things difficult, but as updates as I learned more about the project), Orli and her team handled them with grace and urgency. I cannot offer enough praise following my experience. Great job to Orli and her team. Note: they even cleaned up in my garage when I opened it up for them, that felt above and beyond!

Right now, the owner American Cool Construction is coming out to my house on the 30th of March 2026 between 8am - 9am to look at job with his foreman and then rework what needs to be fix. I will give you updates when the job is done.
