Unfortunately, the rodent problem came back recently, which was pretty disappointing. This time, I decided to try a different company and found Mario on Thumbtack. The difference in professionalism was honestly night and day. After seeing Mario’s analysis and work recordings, I realized how unprofessional and ineffective the previous company’s work was. It was simply not on the same level. Mario is extremely professional in this and thorough. He documented every step of the process, clearly explained what the real problems were, and walked us through different solution options. Everything he does has a reason behind it, and each issue comes with a practical solution. You can really feel that he knows exactly what he’s doing. On top of that, his customer service is excellent. Communication was clear and timely, and the whole experience felt transparent and well-organized. His package and following up pricing was also very reasonable for the level of service and expertise he provides. Our 135 year old home had many places for these “roommates” to get in to their hiding spots. They were very thorough in filling in cracks in the foundation, patching holes around the roof and reinstalling the sadly brand new insulation in our attic. As new homeowners they walked us through the process and made us feel very pleased with the care they took. While it was an expense we really did not anticipate they had financing options and were very understanding. The work comes with a 2 year warranty which puts us at ease. Highly recommend!"See more

Not only that but Kevin repair and secured the area the skunk had torn up. He even followed up with texts to make sure no other skunks had shown up. I will hire him again if I have any rodent problems. He's really a 10 star service"See more
