The gas company had turned off my gas heater due to a leak. Santiago provided a free inspection and patiently explained the costs of a repair vs replacement. After two other estimates I decided to use his service because he provided the lowest estimate. I replaced the water heater and would not hesitate to use him again for any plumbing needs

I'd been avoiding what I thought would be a major toilet repair project, so I was naturally nervous. Upon reaching out to this business and speaking with Santiago, I was immediately comfortable with him. He explained the entire process and was very transparent about what the costs would be. I was able to get an appointment with him quickly, and I was VERY impressed with his quality of work. I'd give him more than 5 stars if I could. Highly recommended!

I found 24 Rooter & Plumbing on Thumbtack. This company surpassed my expectations. From the office answering phones to the Technician who arrived on time at my home. Without having to ask they had lil show covers to protect my floors which is very important to me. I had a water leak in my wall that wet my carpet. Santiago was able to find the leak with some sort of camera and only cut that specific area. This company is a small company but well equipped and very knowledgeable. If you’re looking for a honest reasonable plumber give 24 Rooter a shot. You will not be disappointed. Look them up on Google. A lot of great reviews as well.
