I hired this team of three ladies for a move-out cleaning, which is pricier and should be more thorough than a regular cleaning. I will say that they are super friendly and Tiffany went out of her way to accommodate my schedule, for which I am grateful. They also came back a second day since we had a moving fiasco that prevented them from starting until later the first day, but that is where the good ends. The problems started on the first day when they told me that the upstairs was done. It wasn't. They had made an attempt on the shower, but it was not clean and other areas weren't finished either. I figured that they would finish it the next day, but it wasn't much better by then. Due to the aforementioned moving fiasco I was not able to stay and supervise the job or walk through the house with them after they were done. I paid them $300 cash on Sunday morning (day 2) and was forced to make a run to my new home five hours away. When I returned Monday morning to check the house over, it didn't look like much had been done. The downstairs carpets were covered in stains (I paid extra for them to stain treat the carpets and only the dining room and part of the master bedroom looked like they had been done) and hadn't even been vacuumed (there was still debris on the floor). The oven and microwave were filthy (I specifically asked for the oven to be cleaned and they took the racks out, so they apparently started and didn't finish). The rest of the kitchen was marginal. The counters looked good, but the sink wasn't very clean and the floors were so-so. Many of the drawers, cupboards, and closets in the house had not been wiped out, which is standard for a move out cleaning (and I didn't leave them gross, it would have been a simple wipe down). I asked for the downstairs windows to be done and less than half were cleaned. They did an okay job on the walls and baseboards, but could have been better. The kicker was when I found a pile of cigarette butts on my back porch. No one in my household smokes and our moving help didn't smoke either. I called and texted Tiffany after having to rush to clean all this up myself (and clean my oven with paper towels and the one bottle of cleaner that wasn't packed) before an 11 am inspection by my property management company that day. I am still going to lose part of my security deposit because I didn't have enough time to clean everything they missed. So, not only did I pay $300 for a cleaning that I basically had to redo myself, but I will lose more money as a result of it. I also asked Tiffany to provide me with a receipt for the cleaning as required by my property management company. She promised she would but then it took several texts and calls to remind her and I still didn't get it until after the inspection. I also left her a message expressing my dissatisfaction and asked for a return call to discuss it, but I never got one. So, unfortunately I am forced to express that dissatisfaction here. I feel like this was an extremely unprofessional job and very shady to take my money and leave as soon as I was gone without any explanation as to why the job was unfinished. Maybe I was too trusting but overall, not a good experience and I don't recommend them.

I'm sorry that you feel that way heather. To start with we took the whole day off to do her house that day. We were supposed to be there at 11:00 am. I called her to confirm that we were on our way and heather explained that they needed more time that the movers were not done yet so she said to come at 1:00 I called her before then to see if we still needed to be there then or did she need more time. She said maybe 2:00 or 3:00 would be better and I told her I would contact her at 2:00 to see if she was ready for us. I called her at 2:00 and there was no answer so I left a voicemail. I recieved no call back so I called again at 3:00 and no answer so I sent a text asking if she was still needing our services. She called me back around 3:45 and told me to come in an hour. I could have done 2 other jobs in the time I was waiting. She said that her movers had scammed her so she found 2 boys to help her move and they were still moving stuff out of the house when we got there. When I asked her about the size of her home before I gave her a quote she said it was a small 3bd 2ba. When we arrive the house was 2 story's and over 3000 so ft. The quote I gave her was $200 and to be honest that was a $350 or more job. The house was completely filthy, it had so much dog hair it was almost impossible to clean one area without tracking dog hair back into it. Her walls were white and she explained to us that the paint on her walls and baseboards was cheap paint and would discolored easily. She said i should use a mr. Clean to get the Mark's and spots off of the walls and baseboards so i did. There was gunk so thick on her walls and stuck to her baseboards and black Mark's and dirt that it took half the day cleaning them. Which i believe we did a great job. The carpet was vacuumed multiple times because of the dirt and dog hair. We have 2 vacumes and we used both and they had to be dumped at least 15 to 20 times a peice plus get the hoses unclogged. We do not clean carpets and we explained that to her from the beginning. One of my workers got down on her hand and knees and scrubbed multiple large stains not because we were asked to do it and we were not paid extra but the house would still look filthy with those stains and she didn't want the carpets to still look dirty. So she did clean them out of the kindness of her heart at no extra charge so that heather would be happy. She offered us $50 dollars to steam her carpets and we declined because we don't offer that service. As for the shower upstairs the soap scum and mildew were deeply set into the grout and it took over 2 hours to scrub that shower. Thumbtack has professionals who specifically are tile and grout specialist. I don't think her shower had ever been cleaned. The bathtub upstairs was immaculate when we were done the first day. When we arrived the second day heather told me that there was dirt in the bathtub. When i went to look at the bathtub and shower they both had bars of soap and they were wet like somebody had used them. There was no bars of soap the day before. The second day there was a marathon going on and the street to get to her house was closed throughout the town. We didn't know how to get to her so she gave us bogus directions multiple times and it took us an hour to get there. I forgot the floors had candle wax stuck to them too. The oven was sprayed out on self clean then scrubbed and wiped and the racks were put back in. Every single sink in the house had soap scum and rust so bad i had to use sandpaper to remove it. The floors in the kitchen and bathroom were immaculate and we have pictures to prove all of this. I also wrote her a receipt and left it on the counter as asked. There were also personal belongings left in cabinets throughout the house so we placed them in a pile and sent her a pic of them and then put them in the garage with her other stuff. Her house was in pristine condition when we left . She kept saying that she didn't have much money and it was like she didn't want to pay us and she was complaining about her movers and how they scammed her. I believe heather just didn't like the fact that she had to pay professionals to clean her house which what had to be done as the landlord said. She had already stating she wasn't getting the majority of her deposit back . We did a great job and I'll try to post pictures of our work. It really seems to us that she has an accusation or complaining problem when it came to everybody who helped her move out. I'm sorry she felt this way and it's not right that she gives us a bad review because she's unhappy with her money or landlord situation. I hope that everyone dosent believe what they read. Some people are honestly just unhappy people and always have to complain about something. It's too bad that her review was dishonest but the job was well done and we've never had a complaint before. If I can post pics of here house and other reviews we received I will thank you.

I had scheduled the job 4 November 19th with Tiffany I'm not sure which cleaning outfit she's from but we I told her I could pay her with the check but she said she didn't want to get a check she wanted cash so I said okay that's fine so when it came to November 19th she never showed up she didn't call me or text me and say she wasn't coming well she did she said she be there about 10:30 on the 19th but she never showed up and didn't call me after that to let me know what happened so is very disappointed and I being 72 years old had to gather some friends that are almost as old as I and do some cleaning it was a horrible experience with thumbtack I was very angry very upset and I don't know if that anybody else has had problems like that with her but her name was Tiffany and I don't know her last name so that was my experience not a good one
