Hi Vicki, thank you for your feedback. We’re surprised to receive this review nearly two years after we last provided service for your home, especially since you originally left us a 5-star review after your first cleaning.
As we explained at the time, the initial service was a deep cleaning and therefore included a higher level of detail. The recurring services afterward were maintenance cleanings at a different price point. We also discussed the option of more detailed recurring cleanings at a higher rate, which you declined.
When you later raised concerns, we did respond and attempted to address them. One of the issues mentioned was staining in the toilets. Based on the photos you sent, we explained that the home had very hard water, which can cause mineral staining to return shortly after cleaning and is not necessarily an indication that the toilet was not cleaned.
We always appreciate feedback and wish you the best in finding a cleaning service that better matches the level of service and pricing you are looking for.

All 5 actually apply. The mother and son team worked very well together cleaning the house—very thorough and quiet so I could proceed with my other duties at the same time. My home now looks “sparkly” clean. Thanks. Return trip is already on the calendar.

My typical process for working with a new customer starts with scheduling a date for an in-person walkthrough of their home. During this walkthrough, I take the time to listen to their priorities and assess the cleanliness level of their house. Afterward, we discuss the frequency they desire for cleaning services. Based on this information, I provide them with a personalized price quote. If they accept, we schedule their first cleaning appointment, ensuring a seamless transition into our services.
