Beyond amazing experience!! Not only were our windows, tracks, etc. cleaned to perfection, they were so easy to work and they paid attention to detail.

The team of two cleaned the window services; however, they didn't remove the water mineral deposits from the sliding glass doors nor from two large windows. They explained that wasn't included and involved another process. Moreover, after they left, I noticed that they had bent a few of the screen frames.
I'm not going to recommend this service.

Crew came and did what asked, but I didn't know the windows had calcium build up. I expected them to shine. The tracks weren't a clean as I would have liked. It would have been nice at time of collection, to be told why windows did not look clean.

I would have gave it 1 star if possible but thumbtack wouldn't allow. Call and talk to the lady to set up an appointment and they never showed up. Very disappointing because they advertise being great and all. How can they provide great service if they don't even show up.

My name is Stephanie Elledge...you were supposed to have someone out here day before yesterday to give me an estimate on window cleaning and take measurements for 3 screens, nobody called or showed up, I called in again yesterday and once again someone was supposed to be here at 2:30 pm...again no call and no show. I currently have an appointment with you to actually have my windows cleaned on March 28th that I now want canceled. It's a shame...last time I dealt with your company it was awesome and I referred you to a few people. I will be leaving a poor review and calling friends to let them know that you are not dependable.
