Hello, My Name is Brent Martinez I have been into fitness since i was 15 years old, over the years i have learned through trial and error of trying to maintain a healthy lifestyle while still being able to enjoy life too.
My goal is to help individuals reach the potential they want for themselves while encouraging healthy lifestyle habits that will change how you view “Diet” as well as working out.
I have a huge passion for helping others and trying my best to teach people how easy/enjoyable working out can be and having a balanced diet. I hope to provide the best service I possibly can!

Brent helped me lose 25lbs in 3 months! he taught me how to train with perfect form and get the most out of every movement! i am now addicted to the gym thanks to him!!

I trained with brent, he was really friendly able to explain things very easily. Made it extremely comfortable for me especially being a woman training with the opposite gender. I highly recommend giving him a shot!

I’ve had Brent as my coach for a little over 8 months now. I’ve seen so much progress it doesn’t make sense! Both mentally and physically, if you would like to change your life but don’t know where to start , he’ll lead you in the right direction for sure ! Here are before and afters , 8 month difference ! Could only imagine a couple years. I would highly recommend investing in yourself and getting a coach such as Brent. 🤝🏽🛠️
