Pricing is based on square footage, floor type and condition. We provide clear, upfront estimates with no hidden fees. Bundled and recurring g service discount are available. Deposits may be required for larger projects
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We begin with a consultation or walkthrough, provide a written estimate, schedule service, complete professional restoration using commercial equipment and finish with a client walkthrough.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed and insured. As the owner, I bring a strong real estate background and my team is regularly trained and monitored to maintain high professional standards.
