Clara and her people did a really good job on the move out cleaning of a house I owned before renting it to the next tenants. I could not be present as I had to go out of town for a funeral service, but Clara was very accommodative about it. Tenant had left a bunch of things behind and the carpets were not clean. Clara was able to quickly put together a customized package without going completely off the charts with the rates for the services offered. She also came back and picked up a broken chair that was initially missed during the clean up. I did lose a high stool that I had left behind at the place though. No one knows where it went. Oh well…I guess small things do happen sometimes. I am overall happy with the services and would hire them again instantly if I have a need!
