Hired hector for my birthday party! And omg it exceeded my expectations!! The quality of the food was one of the best Ive ever had, so was the service and presentation! I dont think I could have had a better experience! My friends took his info for future events! You cant go wrong with this service!!!

We hired chef hector for a bachelorette and we couldn’t have asked for a better evening. He was so accommodating with allergies and generous with the food. The quality of the fish was incredibleeeee. We literally couldn’t stop talking about how the salmon melted in your mouth, how flavourful the rolls were, etc. it was truly such a delight to have this be a part of our weekend
