Hired hector for my birthday party! And omg it exceeded my expectations!! The quality of the food was one of the best Ive ever had, so was the service and presentation! We hired chef hector for a bachelorette and we couldn’t have asked for a better evening. He was so accommodating with allergies and generous with the food. The quality of the fish was incredibleeeee. We literally couldn’t stop talking about how the salmon melted in your mouth, how flavourful the rolls were, etc. it was truly such a delight to have this be a part of our weekend
