After requesting a quote from Yelp, John texted me back and we set up an appointment for Alex to come out and look at my microwave. Alex arrived on time and diagnosed the problem. He did not have the part on the truck but said they had one in stock at the office. He said he could come back the following morning but ended up coming back that afternoon. He ended up replacing two parts and got the microwave working. I thought the repair was very reasonable priced and it even came with a 6 month warranty. I would definitely use them again!! So should you.

Had a great experience with Alex fixing our microwave. He quickly diagnosed the issue and was able to fix it on the spot with parts he already had on hand. This was a big improvement compared to our last repair for the same problem, where the electrician had to leave to buy parts and come back later. He was also very informative to explain what might have caused the failure, which I really appreciated. On top of that, the repair comes with a 6-month warranty if the same issue happens again, which is very reassuring. Overall, efficient, knowledgeable, and professional; would definitely recommend.

Our refrigerator stopped working. I put out a project on Yelp and they answered within minutes. They were able to come out the next day and repair the compressor. They were on time and finished in about 1/2 the time scheduled. The fridge works great now-and they had the best pricing by about 40% compared to all of the other quotes I received. Alex is a fantastic technician and was knowledgeable when I asked him to suggest the best refrigerator purchase for our next buy and why. Oh - and they included a 1 year warranty on parts and labor! Highly recommend!

They did a really good job for us and I would highly recommend them. They were very knowledgable and methodical in their approach to diagnosing the problem which gave me a lot of confidence. Alex was excellent- extremely helpful. We are very pleased with the work they did!
