Shaon was on time, polite, and careful. He found out how much repair parts would cost, but also question whether we wouldn’t want to buy a new dryer and my Maytag is 30 years old. As Shaon said it is older than he is. We had a good laugh. I will get back to him when I decide if I will have it repaired or buy a new dryer I gave him four stars instead of five only because I thought he did not present himself as being very confident He is obviously a very nice and honest person.

Shaon was easy to work with, fast on response and worked with me on timing. My dishwasher was barely broken before it was fixed again and he didn’t mind coming after 5 pm since that worked better for my schedule. Would work with him again.
