Actually repairman. Even though it involved additional work, it was not his pressure move to increase the cost. He explained the problem and we negotiated the additional price. This is the way it should be done. However, there are a lot of companies who will try to just bill you without an explanation. Very professional in his style and Service.

My toilet was leaking from the base every time I flushed. Mr. Lucas was on time (a little early), professional and very friendly. His work was quick and neat and I have had no problems since.
