- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I may be more pricey in some cases but I am a quality first worker. For repeat customers ( I have 75-100) I offer a 25% discount!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Establishing what needs to be done, where it’s taking place, method of payment. Then I could give my insite or tips if needed and encourage the customer to ask questions the more the better
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
