Fred was awesome. Very knowledgeable during the homeinspection. Did a complete walkthrough with me and explained/prepared me for any type of potential issues I could experience in the future if something was not done properly by the seller. On time, communicative, flexible, great price. Made doing my first inspection very easy. Got the report with plenty of pictures to send to my agent before he even left. Definitely give him a call if you need an inspection!
