Kimo was very prompt in responding. Kimo and his team are diligent and work with integrity. They immidiately started loading the truck without any breaks. They were also extremely careful with all furniture pieces. They wrapped all our furniture and ensured that nothing gets scratched during the long distance move. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
we charge 150-250hr depending on the size of the move and the crew with a 3 hr minimum. Also distance out of state moves come with more cost. moving truck expenses as well. some of my customers rent there own trucks. we will take care of the rental of trucks. we have a good relationship with uhaul and penske!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
listening and letting them understand I'm here to make there moving experience the best . assure them that we will use blankets , wrapp and bring all equipment necessary for there move. I understand how moving can be stressful and we will take that away.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
working with my brother managing my own crew, I liked the hustle and meeting new people also seeing the smile on there faces after our services.
