I have been working out for over 40 years but working out with Clayton the past six months has been a game changer. He listened to my goals when we started and has designed a program to improve my flexibility and strength. He pushes me each session and is always mixing things up to continuously challenge me. He is very knowledgeable about the muscles in the body and has been able to help relieve aches I have had in my knees, hips and shoulders.
