• What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

  If I'm walking a dog, it's $20.00 Pet siting is $50 to $100 depending on circumstances.

• What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

  I've met people and pets at neutral sites. Dogs can be frightened of strangers. When that isn't possible, I dive right in. Most of my clients are word of mouth so there is an element of trust to begin with.

• What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

  I studied at the University of Hard Knocks and did my graduate work at the University of Respect and Reciprocity. Seriously, it's just been life experience!
