FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Because of the nature of this business and the needs of each individual client, I prefer to give an estimate after we discuss your needs. Once an estimate is given, an agreement is drawn up and will reflect the estimate as well as the goals in the investigation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial contact as always a phone conversation. I understand that many customers call me because of a personal crisis and would like to speak to me in person. I am always willing to meet a new, as well as current, customer in person.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a former United States Marine. I learned discipline, honor and integrity while serving. I apply this to my daily life and work ethics. I graduated 2nd in my P.O.S.T. academy at Napa College. I was an internal investigator with Costco wholesale for 8 years in Martinez CA. In 2003 I graduated 1st in a 10 week, full time, Private Investigator academy in Martinez, CA. Obtained my Private Investigators license after completing 6,000 hours of full time investigation (required by CA law). For 6 years I managed over 30 investigators at any one time, in every state, except for Florida, while working for Patriot National Insurance. They closed doors so I decided to work on my own. I belong to the California Association of Licensed Investigators, so I am able to work or manage a case anywhere in CA.
