Kasey responded right away to my WH problem. Came to my house and did everything he could to save me money. At the end I had to buy a new WH and Kasey kept me informed at all times of price and availability of what I needed. He completed the installation very quickly and did not leave the house until he was sure everything was working right. He also gave me instructions on a DIY project and did not try to charge me any money for an additiinal small water leak project I had. He also gave me some parts I needed to do the project for free. KC is extremely professional and courteous. He installed the gas line for my fire pit. He worked with me to make sure that the gas line was up to standard to pass inspection. KC is highly recommended and I will definitely use him again for future projects.
