My husband and I had been looking for a home for what seemed like forever. I was pretty much fed up and was going to give into any home I saw, until someone put me in touch with Chris. Chris immediately reached out to me, was friendly, and seemed genuinely willing to help. I wanted someone who could relate to me and understand what I wanted, and I was so happy when Chris just understood without me having to explain.
Once I began my search with Chris, it wasn't long before I found my dream home. Now, my husband and I are proud owners of our very first home. Wish I found Chris sooner, then I probably would have saved myself some headache the past year.
Anyways, I seriously couldn't be happier right now and I owe it all to him. He was very responsive, helped step me through each process, and more importantly he genuinely cared. He has become more of a friend than an agent.

Chris went above and beyond to get me into the home I wanted. Reliable, responsive, organized, and will always have your best interest in mind. Documents were easy to sign and well understood thanks to his careful explanation and document signing process. Couldn't ask for a better agent.

Chris was more like a friend than an agent. The time between our first showing where we were just "browsing" to when we became serious buyers was around 6 months. Most agents would have hounded us to see when we would be ready, but we told Chris that when we were ready, we would come to him. True to our word, we did, and he did not pester within those 6 months to see if we were looking, or as most agents want to know, coming back to him.
He is a true professional, knowing all the pertinent details of each property. Sq ft, bed/baths, history, some insider knowledge on the property, who the agents are, previous tenants. He also seemed to have good relationships with the listing agents, which always helps. Throughout the whole process, he was very patient with us, accommodating, informative, kept on top of everything and again, not pushy at all. Didn't scream "I'm desperate to close" which I would rate a most desirable quality. He kept us in the loop, just enough to know what was going on, but did not tell us all the behind the scenes drama that we did not need to know. Needless to say, he made us feel very comfortable throughout the whole process. Again, Chris felt like a friend, not an agent. A quality that is sought after but probably hard to find. He will list my house when it's time to sell!
