- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer packages that included prints and products as well as digital image packages. The packages and pricing are detailed in my Welcome Guide that will be sent once we have our first communication.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to have a first communication via phone or email, email them a "welcome guide", then discuss location and time for the session. I will then send a contract to be signed. Once we have met and had the session I will them provide a gallery of the edited images from the session within two weeks. The customer will then select their choices depending on what package they chose and I will get a notification from the website. I will stat in communication with my client regularly and quickly to address any questions and to be sure they are comfortable and excited for their photo shoot.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I had always wanted to do photography, in highschool I had a bucket list and become a photographer was at the top. I love art of all forms I started painting and drawing at a very young age and I still do that today. I always had a camera in high school once I graduated each year I got a new camera that got better and better with each one. I finally started my business in 2014 after having my second daughter. I had the passion, desire and drive to do it.
