We always work with clients to create unique menus that are custom-designed to enhance their celebration. We have a passion for fine dining and excellent service and more than 40 combined years of culinary experience! We started Brother 2 Brother Catering over a decade ago as a one-time party (someone requested we cater their senior celebration brunch). We then catered a few private parties. Brother 2 Brother Catering is known in private circles for top culinary skills, weve been hired as personal chefs for private events for many years. The guests love our foodand some have been so impressed theyve called their host for our information. From what weve done a catering event for 80 guests continually for the last 12 years (and we still love it!) People love our food so much theyve asked where our restaurant is located! We love seeing our clients smile as we serve the food and see them enjoy the food they're eating.

OMG! Chef James [and his sous chef Rob (of partylink staffing)] went so over and beyond our expectations! We chose his catering services for our May 28, 2016 wedding although we're not from Corona area-- just because they gave the lowest price... and we notified them just a few months before our wedding date. They were able to still give an outstanding service. Budget was a big issue with us and he understood. He worked his way around it like a fairy godfather... our guests kept on raving about how good the food was. Chef James was definitely like a Big Brother! It's like his calling and mission. For the blessing of food, he even sang "Your Grace" like a true jazz singer. We just can't thank him and his staff enough. I really hope and pray that more and more people will discover his food and services. So highly recommended! Thank you so much Chef James! - from Joan and Hermin

Chef James and his staff prepared and served the food for my daughter and son in-law's wedding reception. The food was perfectly paired with our retro 60's theme. I was impressed with the amount of staff Chef James brought with him, which allowed us to fully enjoy our guests. Throughout the entire evening our guests complimented the food and inquired about our caterer. I will definitely use Brother 2 Brother again.

I have a passion for fine dining and making new foods. I have to do this and sing it's in my DNA this is the way I fulfill my destiny.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Our company does many types of events. We have done weddings and large events for up to 300 plus people. Our most common job is weddings and mid size events. ranging from 20 to 100 people.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Look to make sure they are Licensed, Have insurance and have food safety certification.
