Wedding and Event Catering

Michelle at One Hot Dish Catering did a marvelous job catering my grandsons birthday. I challenged her with a traditional menu that only my dear grandmother could show out on. To my and my families surprise, the dishes prepared were delicious. The family raved about her greens and my vegan family loved her fresh prepared halibut. The food was a wonderful success and all were delighted at the great taste of each dish. My family are caters and I wanted everyone to just enjoy the party and not work, and they were so excited about the food. They maybe taking a few breaks of their own in the future. The food was that good. Thank you Michelle. My grandmother would be very proud.😍😍😍

Michelle catered my sisters wedding of 150 people the menu consisted of juicy ribeye steaks, garlic spinach mashed potatoes that melted in your mouth, fluffy dinner rolls, and the salad was delicious with her homemade raspberry vinaigrette the price was more than worth the amazing food quality and all the guests were extremely satisfied! I highly recommend using her for your upcoming events

Event Catering (Drop-off)

One Hot Dish did an amazing job catering our event. We were a large film crew of about 60+ people and needed breakfast and lunch catered for 2 days. Michelle was extremely responsive, accommodating and flexible with our budget and dietary requests, especially for our gluten/vegan friendly guests. I really enjoyed collaborating with her to give our crew a filling, hearty meal (which they all loved btw!) Highly recommend One Hot Dish for any event you may have, big or small. Thank you Michelle and team!

Wedding and Event Catering

Michelle catered my Baby Shower Brunch event. My friends and family were very impressed with how quickly she whipped up mini chicken and waffles and other delicious items. She came in an arranged all of the food items for me and created a wonderfully delicious spread of croissants, danishes, fruit, quiche and salad. I will definitely use her again.

    I work within any budget and will work with the client to stay in budget, whether it is a suggestion about food, guests or décor. We will work together.

  • What is your typical process for working with a new customer?

    Schedule a phone conference to discuss details of event. Schedule a tasting to fine tune the clients palate and discuss the contract. I maintain contact with my client until the big day to assure details of the event have not changed.

  • What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?

    I am always studying material on food safety, multi-cultural cuisine and customer service.
