Was having AC issue and contracted Emergency HVAC- They contracted me within a half hour and came to the rescue the next day. Edwin was right on time - checked the unit and explained the parts needed. Showed pictures of parts that needed replacement. No hidden fees or unnecessary parts. Took Edwin a couple of hours to do repairs - Great value for the work done. Will use Emergency HVAC for all my HVAC needed. A very happy customer. Angie

Edwin is EXCELLENT. He came within two hours of contacting him. He is a very empathetic and understanding professional. He listens and tries to help while being very organized and prepared. I would definitely recommend using them. I couldn't have asked for better service. I got an immediate response and felt that my problem was important to their already busy schedule. He came out the same day and gave us a couple of different options but most Importantly explained every issue we were dealing with, why it was happening and what needs to be done to fix it. I felt he went above and beyond to meet our needs and our air had never worked as good as it does now... very good people, very knowledgeable, very friendly and compassionate and professional

Very professional and excellent customer service. He made follow up calls the following day to check if everything was running well. I will definitely hire Edward again. I had two technicians take a look at my AC and they said I had to replace it . So I was left with 100 degree temp in the house. Edward showed up when I called for a 3rd opinion, and within an hour he hard my AC working and blowing cold air again. He did a great job, explained all the issues with my system and gave me options to choose for repair.
