Attempted to schedule a commercial cleaning 3 separate times only to result into 2 last minute cancellations (and by last minute I mean the actual last minute either shortly before they needed to arrive or afterward) and 1 no-show without call or warning. It is unfortunate and we apologize that we were unable to accommodate the desired schedule. However, may I explain what occurred on the 3 said cancellations. The first was actually a reschedule of the service for a different date/time and was given with sufficient time and was not the hour of the appointment. The second was the crew running late but was in transit and was still planning to arrive, they would have been 45 - 60 minutes late, but was cancelled when the customer for good reason was frustrated. However there was not a 3rd appointment, our scheduler had not called the customer to set up a third appointment. We wish things could have gone smoother and always strive to do our best to prevent rescheduling appointments or being late.

- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Much of the prices provided are a base per service price. However our final pricing is always in a monthly amount. The best way to receive a complete and relevant quote is for a Viking representative to make an onsite visit to assess the facility needs.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Typically we perform a site walk of the job-site/bldg and based off the needs of the bldg/customer, we provide a relevant price quote. Once we receive a signed price agreement, which is typically a month to month agreement, we place the project on our schedule. We then match one of our many cleaning crews who best fit the needs of the customer/project at hand. The day after the initial cleaning service one of our Quality Assurance Reps will contact the customer to ensure satisfaction.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I personally have a Bachelors in Business Administration, with a minor in Spanish. All of our employees are trained in modern cleaning techniques which include use of "green" products and methods.
