- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I am a Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach Currently working on my 200 hour Yoga Teacher Certification I have completed 40 years of Zen neurofeedback training If you choose to meet in person you have the option of real time biofeedback sessions with me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, there will be a complimentary discovery session where we will see if we fit together. You will tell me what you are wanting help with and I will let you know how I can help. Sessions will vary depending on your goals and desires. A typical session includes teaching, listening and guidance by me. You are required to bring your desires, dreams, goals and vulnerability. I offer Biofeedback sessions for individuals in my area. I have single sessions and multi session packages. It all depends on what you are looking for. Topics vary depending on goals. Subjects often covered are: Disordered eating, negative self-talk, self acceptance, self love, emotional intelligence, setting boundaries, self care, sleep hygiene, health history, mental health, spiritual health, and of course, diet and movement
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a nationally recognized, Certified Transformational Nutrition Coach. I have interned at one of the top physical training facilities in southern California, where I was able to learn how to create workout programs for the general public and elite athletes. I was fortunate enough to train at the only neurofeedback center of it's kind in the world (40 Years of Zen), where I learned about clearing trauma through meditation, and how to get your brain to function at optimal levels. I worked on a rural farm growing vegetables and learning about how the food systems in America operate. I rode my bicycle across the US and from Canada to Mexico to get a better understanding of how the human body works, nature and my own humanity.
