I used Four Seasons to clean and dust all the common areas of my late father’s house. He let the house. I was pleasantly surprised when they came 15 minutes earlier than expected. I was grateful to get the appointment for the next day as my flight was later that night. They were very pleased with the ladies that came and plan to hire them again once we are ready for the second floor to be cleaned. Thank you Melissa for making the accommodation for a next day appointment and thank you for Shannon and team for cleaning the house so nicely.

Shannon did a great job and our house is sparkling clean! We tried a previous company and they charge for hours but four seasons did a great job and made sure the work is done and stayed until completion! A++

Christina was awesome and I was extremely impressed with her work quality and her attention to detail. She took me through every room to show me what she did. I was extremely impressed! The house looked and smelled so clean. I would highly recommend Christina and Four Season! A job well done!

We needed a really fast appointment to help my parents post termite fumigation. Four Seasons was very responsive and flexible with getting a booking. Shannon was the team member who arrived at my parents house. She was punctual, friendly and boy was she a hard worker!! She worked *tirelessly* (from 11:30 -> 8pm) performing a thorough deep cleaning for my parents. She was respectful, and considerate of their needs, but so extremely diligent. Shannon's attention to detail and high quality are really noticed. Shannon did not rush, she took her time and did a phenomenal job. Her work was most notable in all the bathrooms where things were *sparkling* afterwards. Our family is delighted with the work Shannon did and would highly recommend her to anyone looking to book with Four Seasons. She really set the bar so high and is phenomenal.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We charge a flat rate so we clean until your home is clean
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon inquiry we provide an estimate over the phone or via message. if you would indeed like to move forward with scheduling your cleaning with us a reservation/payment is required. We want to ensure each client is well taken care of, this requires careful planning of the days ahead. Our goal is to honor your time and all clients time we cannot do that if there is an influx in bookings. We will send a receipt and a text to confirm your cleaning is officially scheduled. We commit to a 2 hour arrival window and will text when en route to your home.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Experienced team of cleaners 5-25 years of experience in cleaning homes.
