- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consult with the client as to what their needs are. Do a walk thru I will take notes during the walk thru discussing further the clients needs to come up with a personal plan fitting their specific needs. Then write or send an email proposal for the job description. Then proceed with booking an appointment after we come to an agreement.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have professional training in sanitation with a California State Board license.
