The facility is clean and accessible with a wide variety of equipment, and my access to the facility is possible because I work with one of the trainers (there are other options for access if you go to the website). Some days can be quite busy, but most of the time, equipment is readily available with minimal distraction. Everyone who trains here takes fitness seriously. I currently train at this facility with Kyra Myers, whose primary focus is to teach how to lift weights with proper form. I had worked out for years but never lifted weights in a structured way, and after falling off track, I knew I needed to rebuild. Within a year, I saw significant gains in strength and muscle, and others in the gym regularly comment on how much stronger I am. Lifting has directly translated into making my everyday life easier, from carrying groceries to yard work, and my cardio power and stamina have improved dramatically. Kyra also taught me the importance of fueling my body with sufficient protein and calories (even eating 2,100 calories, I lost 8 pounds of body fat in the first month). When I developed mystery joint pain in my hands and feet (unrelated to lifting), Kyra adjusted my training and provided constant encouragement that kept me going. I highly recommend working with her if you are ready to improve your physique, health, and how you feel in everyday life.

Im currently training with TC and have been for the past year and half, she has been amazing pushing me to my limits and keeping my grounded. Ive seen amazing results and looking forward to many more. The gym is also something that I look forward to its never crowded and all the machines are ways available for use.

I've had several trainers but none have compared to Kyra Myers at Allegiance! Before training with her, I lacked the will power to work out due to every day life and injuries. When I found her, she took into consideration my injuries and limitations and ensured she created a program that would work best for me. From my first session almost two years...fast forward to today, I have seen noticeable improvements in my ability to lift heavier and push myself harder in every session. She made sure to correct my technique to prevent injury, which is crucial for me. Her supportive and friendly personality always keeps me motivated to not miss a session!
