Pricing varies depending on whether you’re looking for 1-on-1 personal training or small group sessions. We focus on delivering value through customized programming, accountability, and a private training environment—not just access to equipment. We go over all options during your consultation to find the best fit for your goals and budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a consultation and InBody scan to understand your current fitness level, goals, and lifestyle. From there, we match you with the right trainer and build a customized plan around you. Everything is structured, guided, and adjusted along the way so you’re not guessing—you’re progressing.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our trainers come from a variety of certified backgrounds including NASM, ISSA, ACE, and other nationally recognized programs. More importantly, we focus on real-world experience—working with clients across fat loss, strength training, and general fitness to deliver results that actually stick.
