I thoroughly enjoy helping people find their dream home. I enjoy the entire process from finding the dream home to finding the perfect finance option for their mortgage.     Nina is by far the best property manager in the area. She let's you know what's going on with the property all the time. Nina is very professional and kind hearted with her clients, I highly recommend her to anyone.

    What I loved best was the fact that even though I wasn't in the best financial situation Nina did everything she could to get me into the perfect home. She was definitely very patient with me as well because I was really picky in what house I wanted. She must have easily took me to see 50 homes before I found the perfect one.

    Nina has an excellent customer service. I never met her, I just spoke with her over the phone a couple of times and we emailed each other several times afterwards, She always respond so promptly and was very helpful and informative to all the questions that we needed to know about buying a house. Unfortunately, we decided not to move in Ontario, so we couldn't do business with her. However, my husband and I were very impressed and wished that all the realtors has an honest and professional courtesy like her.


What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Every year, we Mortgage Brokers are required to pass eight hours of continuing education. Every four years, we Real Estate Brokers are required to pass forty eight hours of continuing education. In between, I take as many classes and workshops as I can to hone my knowledge and understanding of these two very different, yet intertwined industries.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
They say my industry is a fraternity of enemies. Understanding that notion, I feel most blessed that I had the opportunity to learn from a broker who was genuinely looking out for my best interests. My mother founded our family-run brokerage. And through her dedication and tutelage, I was able to learn from the absolute best. She taught me all she knew. Therefore, it was only natural for me to jump, head-first, into Real Estate.
What types of customers have you worked with?
The most common types of transactions I work with today are listing distressed properties, listing standard (equity) sales, representing buyers throughout all Southern California counties, and to turn around and manage those properties purchased for investments.
What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
When looking for a real estate professional, it is important that they have in-depth knowledge of the industry and of the latest market trends in the community in which you are looking to buy or sell your home. But most importantly, that they are the type of person that you would enjoy working with and interacting with on a daily basis for weeks or even months.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
My real estate clients don't know I do loans. My mortgage clients don't know that I'm a Notary Public. Because I know my community in Corona so well, many of my local clients did not know that, in fact, I specialize in all of Southern California. As a Broker, working with eight fabulous agents, we serve Riverside, Orange, Los Angeles and San Bernardino Counties.
