FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process is to get some basic info about the wedding i.e. where, when, how many guests, what the client has done already. From there I offer 3 customizable packages: Full wedding planning, Vendor needs and day of coordination, and day of coordination package. Each package depends on the client's budget and needs.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from California Baptist University. I began coordinating weddings there but once I graduated I was hired by D'Renee Wedding and Events. I have been planning weddings for 10 years and have learned that the best education is experience. Since I feel experience in every aspect of wedding planning is important I have been working for a cater BC Cafe in Temecula and florist Soiree for the last 5 years on top of planning.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started wedding coordination for California Baptist University as a student worker looking for summer work. After my first wedding I fell in love with weddings and looked for any opportunity to continue in this industry.
