Carlos and Mary painted our new home and truly brought our vision to life! If we had to describe them in a few words: masterful, respectful, and urgent exactly what we needed.

This team is amazing! They are truly the best! they were on time their estimate that they gave you to complete the project spot on. I trusted them coming in my home by themselves because they were trustworthy people. I absolutely mean this do not sleep on this team. They will do a phenomenal job and treat your house with the upmost care and concern. They are reasonable and affordable in their pricing. Just an amazing amazing group. We hired Loft Painting to refinish our cabinets as well as to lime wash and paint the entire first level. From start to finish, Mary and her team were a joy to work with. She kept us updated on every step and was always willing to implement the changes we needed. She and her team were clean, professional and most importantly, skillful in everything they did. Unlike other contractors I’ve dealt with, there were zero disagreements, and zero cost growth: the price promised was the price paid. I can’t give them a high enough recommendation. In fact, we plan to use them to update our master bedroom in 2026!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our Price includes all supplies, taxes and transaction fees. We do not mark up our paint.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We usually start by scheduling an on-site estimate (pictures work too if that’s easier). After that, we give you a quote. If you’re happy with the price and ready to move forward, we ask for a 10% deposit.
If we only saw pictures, we’ll do a quick check in person before starting to make sure everything matches up. Once the job is done, we do a full walk through with you to make sure everything looks right. If it’s all good, we collect the final payment.
What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?
For Cabinets: Ask the painter if they are cleaning, sanding, priming before painting.
For Cabinets: Know what paint line the painter will be using, quality paint produces a long lasting finish.
