Brando was a very lucky find for me! I met him when he came to help a small group of elderly women clean out the large apartment of a friend who needed to move to assisted care. For us, it was hard work at an emotional time, and Brando was our lifesaver! Since then, he has completed dozens of jobs for me, both simple and complicated from setting my lawn watering timer to lifting and securing my sagging back gate, to repairing my leaking roof, to installing safety bars in my bathrooms, to spreading mulch cover in my front yard, and many other small jobs. Most importantly, he found a leak around my kitchen window that three previous licensed contractors and two window companies couldn’t find! Over the years the rain had seeped into the wood beams and 2X4’s in the area, and termites and mold had caused considerable damage! Brando constructed a protective “tent” around the affected area of the kitchen, removed cabinets from the wall, replaced the wood where necessary, treated mold and termites as needed, brought in inspectors to approve the work, brought in fans and other special equipment as needed, then restored the job to “good as new”. Brando takes great pride in his work and sticks with it until it meets the satisfaction of the customer, the inspectors, and himself. If he has questions about a job, he doesn’t hesitate to ask for guidance from a friend in the field or the internet. Brando is friendly, polite, humble, and completely trustworthy. He is studying to get his contractor’s license and will have it soon. I can’t recommended him highly enough. It’s truly a pleasure to work with him.

Honest and reliable. Brando has worked for me for over five years and has done amazing work. As an example, he rebuilt the threshold of our front door after we realized that it had dry rot. We were unable to source replacement parts due to the age of the home, so he cobbled together a new and improved threshold and it looks great and works better than ever. He saved me the expense of buying an entire new front door. And that’s just one example. He’s also installed gutters, added recessed lights, and updated plumbing fixtures. Additionally I’ve recommended him to some of my elderly aunties in the Irvine area and they have been thrilled with his help. He’s a great problem solver and he’s as trustworthy as they come.
He just wrapped up a project installing a shade sail at my rental property in Irvine and as an out-of-state landlord it’s been so helpful to know I can trust Brando with any project and he’ll do the work with integrity and care.
