- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Each event is priced based on the level of service and design required. Some events need full planning and design, while other events only need coordination or management. We work with each client to determine the best pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Meeting new customers is the best! We typically speak with our new clients over the phone first to get a better understanding of the upcoming event. If the client decides to move forward with working together, we meet in person to get all of the details finalized. During the event planning process, as much communication as needed will be accommodated. This will often happen by text,phone, email or in person.We strive to make planning an event fun and memorable!
