Mr. G gave us a delicious meal and an incredible experience. This was our first time with a personal chef who came to our home. It was the best Italian food I've ever had. The chicken marsala melted in our mouths. The appetizers took us to a different planet. Mr G was so nice and friendly and super funny with his stories. We are already planning our next event!

We contracted Mr. G to be the chef for our wedding party in Carlsbad. When you hire someone to represent a huge part of your party, you don’t know until the day of event. We were very happy. Everybody was very complimentary of the food and the service. He pulled it off quite well, in spite of the delay caused by traffic on the way from Newport. I highly recommend Mr. G.

Mr. G did a phenomenal job of catering for our party. He cooked everything on-site and was a true professional. We had around 50 guests and Mr. G had everything covered by himself. I was so impressed with the quality, taste and experience. Everyone at the party was raving about his food and how delicious it was. People were going back for seconds and thirds. I highly recommend having him cater for your events! You won't get a better experience anywhere else.

We hired Mr. G for a dinner for about 10 Catholic Priests. He was quite pleasant to work with from the moment he was contacted. He is extremely professional and appreciates every opportunity to cook for people. His food (we selected Italian) was exceptional and delicious. We received many compliments from those in attendance.
