FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My goal is certainly to put the client in the position to be able to carry out their event. For this reason, I am very flexible and reasonable, I do not have an EGO that guides me but my modesty and availability. The quality of my organic ingredients can be seen from the moment I show up with the supermarket bags where I did the shopping. I cook on location and do not bring anything that has been prepared beforehand, and the client sees with their own eyes the ingredients I am using. My prices vary depending on the number of guests and the ingredients I will use after the client has formulated their menu.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After suggesting to the client to consult my Instagram profile and my website in order to give the client the assurance that I have a reputation that I care about and that puts the client in a comfortable position, I send my list of dishes so as to give the client the opportunity to choose the menu for their event, and I allow myself to suggest dishes that, in my opinion and experience, I believe should not be missed. Once the menu is prepared, I make an offer if the client does not have a budget, and if they do, I modestly suggest which menu option and how many courses can be enjoyed within their budget. I ask about any food restrictions and whether the client needs to rent plates, tables, etc.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I would be lying if I said that I owe to my mother's mastery and knowledge of ingredients the reason why I have always been attracted to food and cooking. After 20 years spent in the industry, I have learned a lot from different chefs, but I have talent and passion for this work, and talent helps me in combining ingredients. I have stood out for the taste I am able to give to all my dishes and all the dishes of Italian cuisine that customers have had the fortune to taste while visiting Italy, and when they try my dishes, the comparison leads them to say: incredible G!!
